Kodak Brings a New Sensor for Video HD

Kodak progress continues in the development of new sensors that increase image quality offered by the current. The last that we have news is focused at the moment to industrial and professional tasks, but advances will be also adopted by consumer electronics.

The new one sensor Kodak is of type CCD and is designed to pick up images in 16:9 format with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 at 60 frames per second, twice as often than the current commercial consumer cameras.

The sensor Kodak KAI-02150 has made efforts not only on the number of pixels that can pick up but also on the individual quality of the same. It is one of the tasks of the consumer market, not just think megapixel but the quality of them. Your marketing will begin in the last quarter of this year 2008.
